Although no one was able to get out until the next day I was contacted by Macklin to ask about the issue (this was outside of their working hours). We recently purchased a house in the area. We gave Macklin a call and they were able to quickly come out and give us a quote. The quote was significantly lower than some of the larger companies we looked into. They were able to come back within a week to clean the vents. We had suspected the vents were gross (house had been used as a rental for 10+ years, furnace had never been serviced, tenants had large dogs). Well when I say they were DISGUSTING… look at the before and after pictures. I’m so glad we’re not breathing that in! It also made our house smell so much better and got rid of the gross musty smell.

Wayne provided us with a new furnace and for half of what I expected. He had it in and heating our home within 4 hours. The heat even feels warmer then the old furnace ! We found our new go to guy/company!!

Amazing customer service. I’ve had a few of their techs out over the years and they are always polite, professional & do a great job. When my furnace went out after “normal” business hours on the coldest night of the winter (sub zero temps!) they had a tech out that same night and got my furnace fixed so my home was warm & toasty!
