Oh my goodness, our house feels amazing after Macklin H&C installed AC! Wayne and Jaden were so kind and professional, and when I went downstairs to clean up after, I found they had already done so (I’m pretty sure they cleaned up after the electrician too). Their pricing was fair, and they are very clear with communication and timing. This is such a small detail, but it showed the care they take in the installation: they didn’t notice my toddler was watching them prep things through the window, and when I walked past I saw Wayne carefully picking up all of the metal clippings he had made in working on something. That means a lot to me because my kiddos go barefoot outdoors!

Another red-letter day in The Wurlitzerage! Two mini-split (heating and air conditioning) units were mounted on the newly-constructed interior side wall, and connected to the heat pump, which was set on the recently-poured concrete pad behind the building. I can’t say enough good things about Macklin Heating and Cooling!! Not only did they show up precisely on time after unparalleled advance communication, the did a superb installation job, AND sent me a treat shortly after completing their work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great company! From the quote through installation, everyone very responsive and knowledgeable Had a 45 yr old AC system that needed full replacement. Price was right, they did everything they promised when they promised. It was a particularly difficult installation (previous system was installed after house was built before we owned) and getting all the old junk out of the attic, and new stuff up there was a chore. Installers kept at it till late in the day to get it done. Very happy, highly recommend their work

Prompt, professional, experienced crew. I called when my heat went out, they came the same day to look at the problem. I had heat in a few hours and a more permanent repair was done by the next day. I have used Machlin heating and cooling in the past when I had issues with my air conditioning they were very responsive, thankfully they were able to get me up and running the same day. Recently my Bryant furnace stop running almost a 30 year old unit. Temps were in the 20’s and I was in need of a new furnace. After going through all my options I decided to get a new furnace and air conditioning unit with Machlin heating and cooling they did a very good job of explaining, very clean, professional and in great detail what they would do, they had multiple options for financing.
