Mike did a fantastic job cleaning the air ducts at my house this week. The previous owner was a smoker and had pets. They’d never had the air ducts cleaned so dust would fall out of the vents nearly every time the air clicked on. Oh my goodness, our house feels amazing after Macklin H&C installed AC! Wayne and Jaden were so kind and professional, and when I went downstairs to clean up after, I found they had already done so (I’m pretty sure they cleaned up after the electrician too). Their pricing was fair, and they are very clear with communication and timing. This is such a small detail, but it showed the care they take in the installation: they didn’t notice my toddler was watching them prep things through the window, and when I walked past I saw Wayne carefully picking up all of the metal clippings he had made in working on something. That means a lot to me because my kiddos go barefoot outdoors!

Macklin Heating and Cooling serviced my mother-in-law's home when her air conditioning went out on a 97-degree day. Great experience with this company. Air ducts have never been cleaned. They serviced all the ducts and individual vents, which was about 30, cleaned up after themselves and it was a very enjoyable experience. Thanks Mike and team! I will give your contact out!

Wayne came out to look at our air conditioner. It's been making load noises, he checked everything out and told us what he thought was the problem. We appreciate his experience and patience with us as we asked questions. If we decide to have the problem fixed ( alot of money) we will definitely call Wayne again.

I have had the pleasure of receiving duct cleaning, water heater, furnace, and AC replacement from Macklin. Before today, I had never had Air duct and vent cleaning completed in my home. There are many businesses in the area who provide this work. Looking online, Mackin Heating & Cooling was my first call, and I didn’t have to call anyone else! They were responsive and prompt. Mike went through all of the duct areas on the house with me, explaining all that would be done, and then provided a quote. He was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions. He came back to do the work a few days later. On the day of, Mike again explained everything that would be done. Afterwords, he also provided me online before and after photos of the results. I am so glad I to have chosen Mackin Heating & Cooling and I HIGHLY recommend them!
