They completed a difficult install on-time & with minimal disruption to our home by keeping the old system running good for the summer season & replacing the unit in the fall. Thank you so much for your great communication, speedy response and friendly service. Highly recommend. My furnace stopped on a Sunday evening in the middle of a cold spell. Although no one was able to get out until the next day I was contacted by Macklin to ask about the issue (this was outside of their working hours). Wayne came out as soon as his schedule allowed the next morning and fixed the problem. No other company was able to get to me sooner and some I left messages with never even called back. I will definitely be using Macklin for any future HVAC needs.

Extremely happy with the entire process. Mike sat me down and talked me through the entire process giving options and being very honest about what to expect and what package would suit us best. I was at work and my wife stayed home today for this. She said they were amazing and cleaned everything up. I would give this company ten stars if I could. As a service plumber going to people houses just as they do, it was truly a very smooth and comfortable process for people that aren’t use to this kind of stuff.
