Wayne was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He checked out the furnace, told us what he thought was causing the problem. He was correct in his diagnosis and the furnace is back to normal. It’s an old furnace and replacement is in the near future, despite that, no high pressure to sell us a new unit. Thank you so much for your great communication, speedy response and friendly service. Highly recommend. My furnace stopped on a Sunday evening in the middle of a cold spell. Although no one was able to get out until the next day I was contacted by Macklin to ask about the issue (this was outside of their working hours). Wayne came out as soon as his schedule allowed the next morning and fixed the problem. No other company was able to get to me sooner and some I left messages with never even called back. This review is a year overdue, but wanted to wait and see? Wayne and his crew installed a home stand-by Generac, a new furnace and upgraded my electrical panel in the fall of 2024.
