From start to finish this company (and all who work here) are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. It’s rare to get one on one with a knowledgeable expert who explains everything to you in detail and answers questions without making you feel pressured or rushed. This company is a family-owned business and they definitely make you feel like part of their family. Prices for a new air conditioning unit for our home were very reasonable and I dare anyone to try and beat their warranties! Honest, professional, efficient, polite, super knowledgable, punctual, friendly, fair priced, quality equipment, the list goes on and on. These guys were great! I have had the pleasure of receiving duct cleaning, water heater, furnace, and AC replacement from Macklin. From start to finish Wayne and Mike are informative, honest, fair, attentive, and just top notch people to work with. They take the upmost pride in their work and it shows, I highly recommend them. Before today, I had never had Air duct and vent cleaning completed in my home. There are many businesses in the area who provide this work. Looking online, Mackin Heating & Cooling was my first call, and I didn’t have to call anyone else! They were responsive and prompt. Mike went through all of the duct areas on the house with me, explaining all that would be done, and then provided a quote. He was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions. He came back to do the work a few days later. On the day of, Mike again explained everything that would be done. Afterwords, he also provided me online before and after photos of the results. I am so glad I to have chosen Mackin Heating & Cooling and I HIGHLY recommend them!
