Two mini-split (heating and air conditioning) units were mounted on the newly-constructed interior side wall, and connected to the heat pump, which was set on the recently-poured concrete pad behind the building. Wayne Macklin called to ask if he could come early (an hour early). We discussed a mini split heat pump convincing me not have him modify it. He then serviced the house AC. We will continue to have him maintain our heating and cooling system.

They completed a difficult install on-time & with minimal disruption to our home by keeping the old system running good for the summer season & replacing the unit in the fall. Wayne was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He checked out the furnace, told us what he thought was causing the problem. He was correct in his diagnosis and the furnace is back to normal. It’s an old furnace and replacement is in the near future, despite that, no high pressure to sell us a new unit. Wayne answered all my questions, would recommend him and Macklin Heating and Cooling to anyone.in need of service or a new appliance.
