I have used Machlin heating and cooling in the past when I had issues with my air conditioning they were very responsive, thankfully they were able to get me up and running the same day. Recently my Bryant furnace stop running almost a 30 year old unit. Temps were in the 20’s and I was in need of a new furnace. After going through all my options I decided to get a new furnace and air conditioning unit with Machlin heating and cooling they did a very good job of explaining, very clean, professional and in great detail what they would do, they had multiple options for financing. I highly recommend Machlin heating and cooling for maintenance repair or a new unit.

I have had the pleasure of receiving duct cleaning, water heater, furnace, and AC replacement from Macklin. Wayne was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He checked out the furnace, told us what he thought was causing the problem. He was correct in his diagnosis and the furnace is back to normal. It’s an old furnace and replacement is in the near future, despite that, no high pressure to sell us a new unit. Wayne answered all my questions, would recommend him and Macklin Heating and Cooling to anyone.in need of service or a new appliance.

My furnace stopped on a Sunday evening in the middle of a cold spell. Although no one was able to get out until the next day I was contacted by Macklin to ask about the issue (this was outside of their working hours).
Wayne came out as soon as his schedule allowed the next morning and fixed the problem. No other company was able to get to me sooner and some I left messages with never even called back.
I will definitely be using Macklin for any future HVAC needs.

This review is a year overdue, but wanted to wait and see? Wayne and his crew installed a home stand-by Generac, a new furnace and upgraded my electrical panel in the fall of 2024. They did a great job and his wife was wonderful in coordinating everything! Wayne just recently did the one year maintenance on my furnace and generator and I will be signing up for the "Comfort Plan" (HVAC yearly maintenance). I have and will continue to highly recommend Wayne, his family and crew!!!

Another red-letter day in The Wurlitzerage! Two mini-split (heating and air conditioning) units were mounted on the newly-constructed interior side wall, and connected to the heat pump, which was set on the recently-poured concrete pad behind the building. I can’t say enough good things about Macklin Heating and Cooling!! Not only did they show up precisely on time after unparalleled advance communication, the did a superb installation job, AND sent me a treat shortly after completing their work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
